Error 201 can't login

Is something wrong with the server right now because I tried to login and all I get is error 201 telling me my login failed and to contact support if it continues? I did use the correct username and password.

    This started happening to me yesterday after the hotfix.

    CS told me it may be an issue with my firewall not letting ESO through (when it ALWAYS did before). When turning off my firewall, I am able to get into the game, but that is besides the point, right? :) I shouldn't have to turn off my firewall every time I want to play. Repairing also did not work for me.

    I'm on a step where CS is reviewing a DxDiag.txt they wanted me to send in.

    Anyhow, try and mess with your firewall exceptions list.
