Is Focused Healing not working on morphed abilities intended or a bug?

Is the 30% healing increase of focused healing supposed to also affect the six morphed versions of cleansing ritual, rite of passage, and rune focus?
It is not working with purifying ritual for me, but does work with un-moprhed rune focus. Will it stop working when I morph rune focus?

i reassigned my points so i can use the non-morphed cleansing ritual alongside healing.
It just seems stupid to morph cleansing ritual and lose a 30% healing increase within such a large aoe.End the tedious inventory management game. -
