Hirelings only deliver once/day now

As the title says. I am 3/3 in blacksmith and provisioning hirelings. Since the patch they now only deliver once per day. I log in throughout the day and realize you need to log in. Used to be for me I would get delivery 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. EST. Now no matter what, just get the 1 per day delivery

dennissomb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭They never delievered the promised amount unless you log in at the right times, if you are offline for 24 hours or more chances are you will find one mail, quite cruddy really
I get this part. The change is that now even when logged in I only get delivery once per day. This has happened only since the big patch -
Fairydragon3✭✭✭✭Here is how you work it, has been working fine for me all weekend, to start the next 12 hour timer you need to withdraw the items from your mail, then LOG OUT IMMEDIATELY! LOG BACK IN IT DOESN'T MATTER, but the tool tip states that it delivers after a certain amount of time passes after you have logged out of the character
