Suggestion for more employees at Zenimax

Zenimax,
You launched a game almost 2 months ago that was meant to be the future of MMOs. I think we can all realize now that that was just a delusion. Even if the concept was right, its implementation suffered terribly and what it was meant to be the next-gen MMO is now just a bug ridden bot swarmed broken game.
I don't want to detail here all the problems of this game. Just a minor look trough this forum will shed some light for anyone interested.
The reason why I write this is because I care about this game but you are making it harder and harder for me to stay around due to these issues not being fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
The patches you introduce fix some things but break some others and this is what happens when you don't test things enough before a live patch/launch. For the amounts of bugs you need to fix you clearly are understaffed.
Consider spending more from our subscription money on hiring more employees on all departments starting with Programming and Customer Support and less pocketing them and you may have some customers left in the end.
Remember Zenimax, this community would love to love you. Give some love back!

The nature and quantity of the bugs shipped with the patch suggests that the core dev team has left months ago, and they have rookie b-teams managing the game now. -

This is exactly what i think as well. I dont know how people can still use the excuse that all MMOs are terribly bugged at launch. Bugs yes, but never seen a so called AAA MMO launch with this many bugs. I cant remember the last MMO that had rollbacks still a month after launch(or even at launch for that matter) , multiple patches to fix the same broken quests and then still have them bugged.
Every MMO has a botting problem, but at least in other sub based games the botters dont openly fly through the air or teleport around compared and are a lot more discreet than in this game. That along with the terrible base design decisions in this game makes me feel bad since this could have been a promising product if they released it a bit later in a more polished state with more Variety of content than it has now.
