Geriatric Shuffle with orc females

Not sure what is causing this but myself and another female orc that plays with me have an issue where our walk animation turns into a geriatric shuffle! We are hunched over with a feeble arm out and our feet are shuffling at double time. Happens A LOT. It's sorta cute :P
I mostly play in Cyrodiil if that matters. It doesn't happen to our male orc counterpart.
