Suggestions Forum, so I'm ofc posting this on the busiest one.
It can't be the intended experience to enter a delve, run through empty halls to to its end - maybe looting crates along the way - and wait with a dozen other players for the boss to respawn, hoping that when it does, you'll get enough hits in to get credited with the kill, collect the skyshard and leave.
The solution is simple: instance delves, so that non-grouped players will be alone in them. This would not only improve the experience, making it feel more like a typical Elder Scrolls dungeon, but probably also hinder bots some more.
Of course lootables would have to be adjusted to maybe one chest and two heavy sacks, that only spawn the first time you're in there.
Something to think about once the craglorn bugs have been exterminated.
