May I suggest that you guys invest skills points heavily in QA Test, get it to IV, and then make sure you take Test Plan Specialist and get it maxed out ASAP.
By now you should have been using your Group Finder tool to get teams together for UAT mini dungeons prior to boss fights, but I get that someone nerfed the pop cap on the PTS so you have to work with a tiny group. Do what you can there.
I know it's frustrating for you to keep wiping on the Patch Boss, but it's frustrating for us too.
