unable to patch
My question is...... Does customer support even read the requests.
I put in a request about not being able to patch it gets to 24% and freezes practically killing my machine and most times kills my internet connection and other programs.
Support tells me we are a aware of the issue and working on a patch for the patch which should be ready very soon.
and then a patch comes out......... For the memory leak...
still only patching to 24% here for 3 days now....
