Hunding's Rage set stamina regen missing

Did they take the stamina regen off the (3 item bonus) Hunding's Rage set? I went to craft a v12 and it seems there is only (5 item bonus) and the 3 is missing.

(edit) nevermind, relogged and the appeared..

But the bonus of physical damages is still buggued, I've tested it and it does not work at all !

Aye the 5 set bonus is broken. I was so happy to find this out after I crafted 5 pieces of legendary V12 Hundings rage....
