Can't login for hours now - NO SOLUTION SO FAR!!!

Yesterday as I wanted to go out, I ended up in endless loading screen. There was no other way to quit the game, just kill it with Alt+F4. I tried to login again, timed out for the first try and got Error 301 for the second. And it goes like this for HOURS now...others have the same issue and there is NO solution yet!
- Tried to repair the game. - DOESN'T HELP
- Tried to update again. - DOESN'T HELP
- Even tried to login from another PC. - DIDN'T WORK

I'm 100% sure the problem is not here with my pc or game. My account is bugged and I want a fix ASAP! Please take this problem into the priority list, cause more and more players are getting bugged this way.

Same here, since the patch I can't log in. I open a ticket but there's no awnser.

I am also having this issue. Had to quit the game due to apparent loading freeze, having no ability to log in with "Login Time out" messages since a couple hours after the patch went live. have tried all things that have been listed on this site by zenimax with no avail.

At the moment, I'd settle for some kind of acknowledgement of the problem, and to be told they've got someone working on it! No response to my support request...

The bank holiday weekend has just started here in the UK, and it's raining. I'd be playing right now if my account wasn't timeout/301-ing since yesterday.

This problem started for me when I tried to accept items from mail, or put items in bank. Every single time the game would crash. So, I uninstalled the game and when I re-installed, It would either give me Login Timeout or Error 301. I put in a ticket so they would call me. I get a call about 2 hours later and the guy has no clue. I tell him what's happening . . . . and he starts googling fixes . . like I hadn't tried that. So this goes on for about half an hour with no help, and he finally says that he can't help, has to take it to a higher level, which just means that he's going to hang up the phone and I won't hear from anyone for days. They gave me 3 days free time . . . . WOW!!! 3 days free time in a game that I have no access to . . . Are you kidding me? Today I reformatted my computer . . . . same thing is happening. This is definitely a problem on their side.

I made a small research.

PC restart
Router Restart
Run as Admin
Firewall Off
Try a fresh install on my notebook
Try from mobile net (another provider)
Try through my friend VPN (Germany)
All combination of some these points - some points from official help topic for 301 error - I do not know, zenimax though that we are all noobs?
Main HOME server - the EU megaserver - IS NOT WORKING for me - Error 301 or Time out.

So I changed the launcher to NA mega server, downloaded the client and voala, I was successful, I am able to log in on the NA server and play, just on my HOME server not.

Zenimax! IT IS now clear that it is server side problem!

yeah... I'm not downloading EU server just to play a brand new character..... but if others want to that's great!

@Xecrate wow that is a huge step of reformatting your computer. Kudo's to you for trying it. Nothing like sitting back reinstalling system and all the software for everyday use. Then games and updates to those. Hours and Hours of installs kill me.

As far as I will go is reinstalling this game, I have done it twice since patch. Too much to reformat my whole machine.

Same problem here. Tried all fixes, repairs, reinstalls.... Their support seems untrained, hardly tried anything to help fix it. Potentially will not be fixed for 3-5 days. I'm wondering if it will ever be fixed, LOL. Nice thought to release the new patch for the holiday weekend, but would have been even nicer if we could all PLAY it.

Yeah this is ridiculous. I'm about to call about free game time, basically I've been stuck in glitch after glitch since launch, now I just can't play at all.

@crimsonBZD The "game" has had so many different errs not to say that if your extremely lucky to get a support, the client is thrown in multiple directions to solve the issue. Seems more like the support has no knowledge of how the build works and that any solutions/workarounds are being drawn from a pile of random stuff.

I'm able to login to the EU server. Plays just fine. Still can't login to the NA server(Timeout/Error 301). This is the 3rd day . . . .

I have two incidents open:

140524-031606 - Original
140524-036341 - Opened because I got no response to the original but I had new information that I would have liked to add to the original case but could not find a way to.

Well what I have concluded this is server side. Why my son and I both have accounts.

I did all the things CS was saying to do reinstall, etc.

What I did also though was test both accounts.

My son's account - Can login into website, EU and NA servers no issues.
My account - Can login into website and EU server, but not the NA server.

Why would this be my firewall, my router, my ISP, my ESO client, my video card, my PC?

It is not. This is an issue on the NA server for me.

2 weeks left on my sub. Would like to at least get to play during the time I paid for.

Also got a response to my original incident 18 hours after I submitted the second one which I was contacted on about 12 hours later.

I think i am officially done with this game. I dont know how successful wildstar will be , but at least they game is 100 times more polished/has more features than ESO at launch and at least the Devs at carbine are open and honest about their game .

I'm about to hop ship too. I didn't want to believe that this game would go F2P, but now I'm starting to think that is their only chance to keep it alive.

Every single player appears to be running into at least 1 gamebreaking problem. After my 3rd it seems I'm paying $15 a month for frustration only.

Thanks for updating, but tell your bosses please, that this is more than unacceptable... if they want to keep their customers, they have to give these days for us free. And thanks for your work!

[Incident: 140524-038148 I can load my alt, create a new char and play the game however my MAIN char will not load. After logging in I get the loading screen only to be kicked back out with "Unknown Error" I am not the only person having this issue so please don't send me another message telling me to lower or disable my security. Already tried that as well as adding forwarding points, cleaning cache and everything else you asked me to do. None of it worked..(in my best Gomer Pyle voice)...Surprise Surprise Surprise

It seems to be that launcher.bethesda.net cannot be reached for login, from the launcher.

wildstar looks way to cartoony for my taste would play freerealms or wow if i wanted to play a game that looks 10 years old..but do agree with your frustration this is getting very aggravating they should have had a much longer beta before charging for subs.
