Error 301 (3:1:1229:0)

Well after the latest patch to fix the game I can't even log on now! When the hell is this getting fixed or am I just paying a monthly sub fee to watch error messages on the login screen? Anyone been able to fix this?

Yeah I am getting the exact same issue as well as many guild mates. It's really frustrating, can't log in. Log ins time out and the 301 error message can't connect to the server.

Do a repair. It sounds like they updated a pointer for a TCP socket and, for whatever reason, it didn't take on your side OR it got blocked by the ISP.

I was fine post patch yesterday until just over an hour ago when I replied to the op when it happened to me, and a repair didn't do anything on my end.

Just started happening to me. Was playing the game and got logged out during loading screen, now receiving error 301. I have tried exiting the game, restarting the computer, repairing, and tried to log on with two different wifi networks. Also tried a few other things with the hosts file and such and nothing seems to work. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please fix!

I ended up having to screw with the ports allowed on my firewall. It seems they changed one of the TCP/UDP ports and my router wasn't allowing access. Now that I've been in and after yesterdays patch I can't access a lot of the in game features or fast travel anymore! What a pain just trying to play this game!
