New patch

Hey up,

writing for my niece, but since she has downloaded the latest patch she is unable to logon ;-( is there any issues with the latest patch ? i have downloaded it and i dont seem to have a problem.

Just to add a bit more info, when she presses play she just gets a black screen ?

Support section would probably be better for this question but maybe you could describe exactly what she's experiencing or the message she's getting when trying to log in.

edit: There's a true fullscreen mode now by default. Might try setting it back to windowed (fullscreen)

Ok, She can get to the launcher, but when she presses play, all she gets is a black screen.

Um, post this in the Customer Support forum, where they can provide you with well Customer Support.

On a related note, the launcher gives you a black screen for a while, maybe twenty seconds in my case.

Not entirely sure how to reset the window mode back. You mean from the icon properties ?

I'd also suggest trying the repair tool on the launcher, has helped me in the past whenever I've had issues with the launcher and pressing play.
