New Stealth Issue

I played a lot of PvP after yesterday's patch and I've noticed a major new issue with stealth/crouching: the indicator was frequently wrong! I'd be crouching along, the symbol would be saying I was hidden, but I was clearly NOT... because I was repeatedly getting attacked while the symbol read hidden.
We're talking 10-15+ times, here.
Happened several times in PvE as well.
Anyone else have this happen?

Iorail✭✭✭✭I did notice something similar on my NB, and I'm almost sure my increase range passive is broken also. Mobs were seeing me even when I was not even near them at all, before the patch I could get almost on top of them before I was detected.1 -
