HELP STUCK IN CRAGLORN

Joined a large group doing boss fights exploring Craglorn. After joining I am lagging out or something. Unable to do anything and getting kicked back to the login screen. I can't even drop the group or type into /zone to ask to be kicked. My player is now stuck and unaccessible. Even creating a new player and hoping that would remove my main from this group is not working. Please remove my character (Kilva) from the group...reset her location...anything so I can actually log into and play.
