Help! New Patch deleted the number of quests I've done..

Hi guys, I've a problem. I've downloaded the new patch. Now, I opened my journal, just to see if the quest counter for Bangkorai has been corrected, 'cause I found (and did) 44 quests in Bangkorai, and there were no more quests in the entire region, but the number for the achievement was 53 quests.
So I opened the journal, and in my achievement I see that all of my done quests are deleted from the counter! It signs 0 for all the quests achievement! So: Glenumbra adventurer says 0 quest. Stormhaven 0 quests and so the others!!
I want my title!!
Anyone the same problem? thanx (and sorry for the English.. :P)
