Major Character Issue - Unplayable

Hello,
After I zoned out of a quest I ran a few steps and ESO went into a loading screen frenzy. I killed the task after seeing a back screen with the ESO tool tips flashy 100x faster and nothing happening.
I logged into my others characters fine, but when trying to log into that specific char I keep getting a black screen wit the elder scrolls logo on top and the tooltips flashy 100x faster on the bottom.
Character is 100% unplayable, and only effects that character

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭Great! Yes, if you're killed you can spam R and respawn at Wayshrine. If you're in PVP this doesn't work, PVP needs a GM to teleport you.Edited by GossiTheDog on May 23, 2014 2:20PM
