Help - Stuck in an endless "tips-scrolling" Cyrodiil loading screen

I really need help please. I just hit VR-12 and I decided to load into Cyrodiil to continue working on Empress and I'm stuck on a never ending "tips-scrolling" loading screen. I'm #10 on the Wabbajack campaign and I really don't want to lose my place. I've been working tirelessly on this.
I got into Cyrodiil on Wabbajack and tried to get into the armory to look at gear and the load screen is stuck showing tips constantly rotating on the screen over and over very rapidly with a black screen, the logo, and the load icon. I am literally stuck there. I logged off and relogged, same thing. I exited the client and launcher completely, same problem. I even logged onto another character without any issues. Only my main character is having this problem. I even disabled all addons and did a repair.
Help please!

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭It's a new bug. Some videos from different players:
Loads of people will get caught in this as it's a re-creatable problem - you travel to certain location of the map, and then instantly get stuck in this situation. -

OMG that's exactly what I'm seeing! This is so frustrating. I've really hung in there through countless bugs and bots, but this one... I know it's silly, but I've been sleeping only a few hours a night for the last week to push for Empress. Yes, I'm obsessive (focused). ZOS please help with this. -

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭If you're in PVP (like the OP) then spamming R doesn't appear to work (as you aren't dead).
