Anyone else getting massive frame drops?

Game is suddenly choppy, frames topping out at 7 on my normal settings. Lowered all to minimum just to check, hits 15 frames.
Throw that on top of the rollbacks that are spreading outside of stonefalls, it's getting difficult to even play.
