Unable to ignore since patch.

So there is apparently a huge influx of obnoxious (snip) since the patch playing internet tough guy trolling the chat, and like normal I like to right-click ignore them.
Since the patch however, I am unable to do so. I get the message "try again later" but it never actually lets me, nor does it ever ignore them.
The only people in my ignore list are the 27 reported bots that were never banned by ZOS, so it isn't that I hit the 100 ignore limit.
Are ZOS letting the botters hack the ignore system now so you have to listen to their gold selling spam?
