Error 200 since patch/reboot

Enter correct login info, get "Error 200 (7:1:1022:597) Login Failed. Please try again...."
Was able to login post -patch, had severe latency issues; rebooted per suggestions by Zenimax staff in forums. Now get above issue 90+ percent of time (two out of who knows how many...and more coming). When am able to login, the character load screen will eventually time out and tell me that "an unknown error has occurred, please try again later".

I have exactly the same problem, rately I get through, but than I have huge lag... It started after the craglorn patch...
Resetting router, making exception rules in firewall and virusscanner and flushing dns did not help....0 -
