Stuck on Loading screen after patch

I have not been able to get in game after this patch. I get stuck at the loading screen and the ESO symbol stops spinning. I have to task manager shutdown to get my screen back. I run two 27in monitors and initially I got some weird flashing and resetting the monitors to 640x480 then flashing back to the native 2560x1440 so I delete usersetting.txt which cured that but it still failing to get past the load screen. I am not getting any error codes it just locks up.

Your not alone. I'm having a similar issue. The game worked fine before the patch this morning and now it won't load. The game loader runs fine, but when I hit play it goes to a black screen like its loading but then it just hangs. When I check the task manager it status is "not running". I've tried "run as" admin, no joy. I checked my UserSettings.txt and it's set correctly. I really hope we get a resolution for this soon. Thanks!
