Greetings to you, good people of ESO! I would like but a moment of your time, if you will, and bring your attention to this brand new guild of mine. I find myself in need of dedicated members (and potential officers) to breath some life into this newly formed community. Mission Statement:
We do not seek to be the best nor the first to conquer challenges, but simply to claim victory through determination, dedication and perseverance. There will be plenty of group-oriented challenges in Elder Scrolls online and our goal, as a guild, will be to overcome these obstacles together. A Blade should never stand alone, be it on the dangerous grounds of Craglorn, the battle scarred land of Cyrodil, the depths of Oblivion or anywhere else within Tamriel.
The Blades of Wayrest will tackle both PvE and PvP aspects of the game. We believe that life should dictate our gaming schedule, not the other way around, and our flexible event scheduling will cater to both EST and European Time Zones. There will be plenty of group oriented activities for members to take part in but we also respect everyone's need for some "alone time", exploring Tamriel at their own pace.
We seek to create a close-knit community of like-minded adults and as such, there will be a limited number of guild positions available. We want our members to feel as though they are an integral part of the community rather than a convenient number.

The Blades of Wayrest seeks to create a friendly and welcoming environment for its members, regardless of nationality, cultural background, gender, religion or sexuality. We have a zero tolerance policy towards offensive behavior and/or discrimination. This applies not only to guild-mates but also to the ESO community in general.
In regards to the game itself, the guild will be facing many challenges in times to come, be it veteran dungeons, trials or epic battles in Cyrodil, and we expect our Blades to persevere through adversity. "Ragequitting" is not an option, nor acceptable behavior. If we need a moment to cool our heads off, then so be it, but we will not back down nor relinquish to our enemies. Victory is our ultimate goal.
