Its stupid it got removed, there is all kinds of things they can do for werewolves when it comes to emotes. Hopefully they will return the feature and quit changing things like this. As we should be able to do all kinds of cool werewolf animations.

Reconstruction Cost Needs To Be Increased
This might be an unpopular opinion.
But I don't understand why the ability to create any gear, with any trait, should cost only 25 transmute stones (and no trait stones). Right now, simply just altering the trait of an already existing item costs 50 transmute stones. With such a low cost, wouldn't this new system make the current transmutation system pointless?
I understand 25 transmute stones is the cost only if you've unlocked every piece of gear from the set. But in my opinion, that "downside" is largely irrelevant because it would only be a matter of time before people get to that point. Part of the fun of this game (and every MMO) is the grind - few things make me as excited as when the last piece of gear I needed finally drops. The reconstruction system will be fun for the first few weeks when people are still collecting gear. But afterwards, a large part of the motivation for doing dungeons, trials, or other content will be almost entirely gone because they can simply "craft" the gear. It'll be a grind for transmute stones. Why spend 20-30 minutes running a dungeon or trial when I can get tier 1 in Cyrodiil campaign and be guaranteed any 2 pieces of a gear set with BiS trait in the same amount of time?
Don't get me wrong - I think the recollection & reconstruction systems are amazing. I can finally clear my bank of the 300 pieces of gear that I saved without worrying about "what if" scenarios.
Sometimes the grind for a single piece of gear is so bad that I don't even feel happy when I finally get it - but rather, "finally, what a **** waste of time". I would love to have the option to avoid those kind of grinds. But I also want the cost to be significant enough that I actually have to think about whether or not it's worth the transmute stones. With a cost of only 25 stones, which is literally half the cost of transmuting an off-trait weapon, the choice is obvious. Getting the weapon you're looking for already requires luck. But you'll also need to roll the right trait to make running the content worth it over simply reconstructing it, because transmuting costs double the amount of stones.
I think a minimum cost of somewhere around 100 transmute stones to reconstruct an item would be much better.

You're right as I have one female friend that loves it, two that think it looks silly, and another who was the one that made that thread talking about how much she hated it when she first saw it in the datamine back in July!
Everyone has their own separate wants, although this outfit has a few issues with it. Mainly the undyeable metal, the flap on the front, and how it seems to be all over the place in what it wants to be.
I really dislike the front-flap on this costume. I feel like this could have been a very strong JRPG-inspired costume without the front-flap. The un-dyable metal bits is also disappointing. Overall, I like the outfit, but I can't help hating that could love it with only two changes; dyable metal bits and zero front-flap.

Also, even for those with access to the data (i.e. ZOS marketing), it's going to be really difficult to assign cause-effect relationships between the Assault skill line changes and sales figures, because too many variables are constantly shifting (e.g. special events, Greymoor price cut during sales, double-AP in Cyrodiil, announcement of Set Collections, announcement of AP scrolls, etc.), and customers don't make purchase decisions in a vacuum.
This is why I am hoping that my act of cancelling my ESO Plus subscription helps lend weight to my argument.
I still have 75 days left on my sub. I plan on sticking around for those 75 days, but I also intend on being vocal about my displeasure for this change. After all, if I didn't get used to it in the first month, there is no reason to think I might get used to it in the next two and a half months.
By then if there is a lack of willingness to compromise, I might finalize my decision. By then I will have been playing ESO for 7 years, since the November 2013 closed beta, and they will have alienated a loyal subscriber when all they had to do was compromise.
But if they come out and say "we will require Assault 3 for Rapid Manuever"... or better yet switch it with Siege Shield, I will happily stick by my word and resubscribe. There are IRL factors behind my decision to stay unsubbed after December that I will have to consider as well, though, but even if I am unable to return to ESO on a daily basis I'd rather have ESO Plus active when I do get on to play and therefore I would be willing to subscribe, but only if this issue is settled in a manner that can make everyone happy.

It is partly that anxiety that is keeping me from clawing my way back to having Rapid Maneuver on most of my other characters, but it is also that I don't have a lot of time to do so. Plus, I am an empath and seeing other players suffer over this decision gets me feeling emotions about it as well.
The reason why it gives me anxiety? Partly because of other players. Sometimes I don't like the feeling that I am fighting with other players. Sometimes I don't want to expose myself to abusive language or behavior. Sometimes I don't want to feel the frustration of losing or dying over and over. Sometimes I just want to play ESO for the relaxing parts.

Alchemy ingredients as furnishings?
We have had quite a lot of cooking stuff as furnishings, but not alchemy ingredients.
Why not, on that magical day when you gift us our long-requested home gardening update for housing, with plots and planters and harvesting, perhaps also let us occasionally harvest an alchemical furnishing item? For example, harvesting a water hyacinth out in the world (or in our homes) would grant us a rare chance at also harvesting a water hyacinth furnishing item.
I like the idea of strewing herbs and ingredients on counters and in barrels inside our homes. I miss being able to do this ESO, like I was able to in Skyrim.

Altho....it happened again last night in WGT. They were doing about 6k dps, but luckily the dps were receptive to instructions and over doubled and we were able to get through eventually. The healer was clueless and heavy attacked the with their resto staff, never went to a back bar, never used a buff or any assist. Heavy resto and the occasional small heal. They were even attacking the invincible phase at last boss. They only said "Not English sry" lol

Joking aside, as others have mentioned there's a whole bunch of possibilities:
- super-fast levelling doesn't give enough time to properly learn class, skills, attributes, cp etc in the absence of guild/experience player mentorship
- overland content doesn't give enough diverse experience to learn above
- wearing mismatched gear (but a GREAT outfit)
- the game itself doesn't give much feedback about damage, buffs,debuffs, heals, you need add-ons/3rd party website access. players may think they're contributing (using diverse skills, pseudo-rotation, occasional LA weaves etc) but have no real data with which to make any kind of objective assessment in the absence of add-ons.
- players like to have fun - for some that may be whacking away endlessly in a dungeon doing 2k dps. The damage is less important than feeling a sense of fun. And thingies die - eventually. Because you're awesome with your fire staff/2H, equal attribute point split combinations. Obviously.
