It would be easier to allow it to be dyed. There is probably some rating involved to keep it from becoming a thong. The game is rated M, but there still needs to be a decency guideline.
This is actually a false dichotomy. ZOS has proven that their tolerance for showing skin in this area is significantly greater than what is revealed by the Timbercrow Wanderer's costume. Consider Almalexia's outfit for example:
Millions of people have viewed this much bottom area in the game without issue, nor has the game been shut down by the decency police.
I think this bottom treatment would be perfect for our costume.

Except that's the point. In the lore, Bosmer are supposed to be the amazing ones at stealth. Khajiit are the masters of Acrobatics and Unarmed Combat, Bosmer are the masters of Sneak and Marksmanship. Being forced to park your woodelf in the stable to use your Khajiit, and ONLY your Khajiit, for stealth is garbage. And the fact that now a giant Orc hides as well as a tiny Woodelf is laughably stupid. Only I ain't laughing.

This is exactly it for me. The shorts are fine...with a completely different outfit. And can we, for the love of the Divines, STOP with the effing shoulder windows? Whatever Child of the 80's who is slapping these stupid things on everything needs to be stopped. The whole thing is just so BADLY put together it hurts to look at it.

Not sure how it's a waste of a GCD when it enables you to deal incredible burst damage and considering all the highest parses I see include refreshing the buff, which is generously only 40 or 60 seconds depending on morph.

I have killed over 200 wolves and spiders in Bthzark and still no lead for the Worn Dwarven Gears.

Rubbish! a healer is healing, so players/Devs are willing to reduce the effectiveness of healers....just remove healers from Cyrodiil because whats the point of having healers if your going to restrict their role.
