What are they afraid of?
Not making enough money on the new system. Think about it - making custom NPCs, especially if you allow players to change them around, pretty much short-circuits the crown store after one purchase. And you can only hike the price so high to make back that lost value from sales of premade houseguests before players just won't buy it.
Now, they might eventually release such a system for customizing house NPCs, but then I suspect it'll be after they've milked the initial desire to have guests, any guests, in player housing. My guess is It'll be something like Outfits vs Costumes. Players can use certain options they own, but ZOS will continue to sell the more interesting options from the Crown Store.

The respawn timer starts when the chest is opened, not when it is emptied. You miss out on nothing when you find a half full chest.
In that case it's not a big deal, but actually I've read from many different people that the chests respawn after full depletion, and I'm confused on the techniques of the process in this case, like the half-full chest is replaced by the game for fully-full chest in some moment, or what?
I like using the loot system as intended and only picking up things I desire. Not really interested in roleplaying a vacuum cleaner.
And when you are not the first in a line you would still have this point?

Jabs dont work like that in pvp.
For example I had a fight in pvp where out of 70jabs tick proc only 2 burninglight because opponent was constantly kitting and even using LOS in 1v1 and couldnt land all 4 jabs.
Pre burning light change it would definetly proced 15-25 times in that situation.
This is THE major issue of "balancing by spreadsheet", as opposed to "balancing by gameplay" or combining both.

Er, but money is (I can’t believe I have to say this) more valuable than in-game gold because it’s also used to purchase legitimately essential things. Gold just buys pixels.Pay after recieving the item. Problem solved.
No, you just shift the problem to the other side. I'd say Crowns are more valuable than gold, and therefore as a crown BUYER I do not blame a seller asking for gold first.
Saying that, ZOS may actually take scammed crowns more seriously than scammed gold.I'm reading this forrums for years , but this year was the worst year regarding the scammings ! So many people are scammed and the GM dont take any action. It is sad ! I've been scammed a month ago , and still didnt recive the gold back ! And Im sure that person who scammed me did a lot of gold from other naive players. Its funny how fast GMs reacts on this forum to tell you "you've been warned" , "that is against zos "bla bla bla , and how slow or never act in the actual game which we play and write here about our experinces ! I'm very disapointed about you Zos ! Thanx GOD you've been bought by Micro !

I dont agree with you. For 1500 crowns you have to pay 450.000 gold which is a lot . You cant do that in game in one hour or two , but in real life you can earn more then 15 euroes in 2h. So is about time . Time is money !
This is probably the most accurate statement in the entire forum. I can do without in-game gold for years but I cannot very well without real-world money. Food, paying taxes on my home, medical needs, and the list goes on of things real-world money is used for and which in-game gold is useless.

Also es muss ein Ban sein, da ich auch nicht mehr whispern kann und wahrsch sogar schon mehrere Tage und bis auf Raids gejoined hab ich eig nichts anderes gemacht, wär halt schön wenn man benachrichtigt wird bei sowas und vielleicht auch die dauer gesagt bekommt

Take a time machine to early development of ESO and make chests, gathering nodes &cet player specific. Also use a modern mmo game engine while you are in it.
