As an update for anyone checking in on this thread, we do have at least one report of this on Xbox as well, so it's not just PlayStation. Active investigation is ongoing.

Sorry everyone, there was a little confusion over this fix and as some noted, it is indeed not fully fixed yet. The full fix should be going into the next incremental patch.
