Unable to login or get word from support error 201

I recently reinstalled the game, and have been unable to log in, I either get the error shown in the picture, or error 201. I put in a few tickets with support and have not heard back from them going on four days. Any ideas on how to fix?

✭✭✭✭✭Only submit one ticket and reply to the response you receive. Creating multiple tickets slows the process down.

People are going a week with no response from the official support system. It would be easier to excuse for something mundane but this guy's been locked entirely out of the game. Surely there's some sort of elevation that should be made here. It's hard for me personally to recommend people I know to come back to the game when they could experience something like this and get no help for it.1 -
