Could the player posting at https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/1sb7i1r/account_deactivatedcompromised/ get a confirmation that their ticket 260403-000584 is received and being worked on? Seems they cant post here themselves, probably not enabled forum posting and with ban they cant do that.
