The maintenance is complete, BUT the PTS is not available. [ERROR 301]

Hey Mods,
Me and a couple other players have been trying to connect to PTS since the maintenance has been finished and PTS seems to be back live and running.

But with no success as we continue to run into Error 301. All day.

Is something wrong?
