Game disabled my add-ons, how do I get them back on?

I received an error that I had over the 100 MB limit (despite being at under 6 MB) and that it was turning my add-ons off. Now, I can't turn them back on, nada. I tried deleting my saved data, restarting console, and everything else I could think of... even tried Googling for an answer, and can't find anything. The entire add-on screen is greyed out on all add-ons, reload UI is greyed out, can't do anything.

✭✭Can you delete some via the browse addons screen? When you get sorted there is one called something like memory checker (not online to check exact name) that you can use to check memory, as extra seems to be used on top of what shows as the addon saved usageSoupy twist0 -

I tried deleting ALL of them, then quite game, deleted saved data, did full reboot, resynced, reinstalled add-ons... still disabled.0 -
Cret92Soul ShrivenGo into the options menu in the addon manager. There's a setting that bulk disables all addons. Sounds like it's turned on0 -
