Server Disconnects when entering Murkmire, Cyrodiil and the Reach
Everytime I try and enter Murkmire, Cyrodiil and the reach I'm getting booted from the server? Is this currently a known issue? I assumed the issues were fixed with the login problems yesterday? I'm Xbox EU server.

✭I don't think this is a patch thing as I was in the Reach since the patch, but today I cannot enter via wayshrine or walking from Western Skyrim.

It is definitely a very recent development as I had traveled to both after the update.2 -
SnizzStalker✭✭I am having the same issues. Can’t travel to The Reach or Murkmire and I do own the DLC and have current ESO+. When I try to travel to either place I get the long load time screen then I get booted to the can’t connect to game server screen. I am on Xbox EU.2 -
karlbean1✭✭Same thing for me I own the dlc have eso+, can't travel to the reach or murkmire and I have my last lead there for the ring of the pale order. It is now unattainable. On xbox EU2

Oh damn that sucks. I’m trying to finish the Commemorative Safebox Looter achievement. To finish it I only have 2 zones left that I need to loot a safebox from and I bet you can guess what those two zones are.😂

It does indeed suck. Honestly it's terrible nobody in my guilds on xbox can travel there. 🤣1 -

SnizzStalker✭✭I sent in a customer service ticket about this issue this morning. I have sent them a video and screenshots of the problem. I have let them know that other people are having this same issue and told them about this forum and a Reddit thread where it is being discussed. The most recent email from them told me that it is an Internet problem on my end. So I guess I have an Internet problem that only prevents me from traveling to Murkmire or The Reach and is also causing problems for people all over the world. It seriously makes me wonder if ZOS puts any thought at all into their email responses.🤦♂️Edited by SnizzStalker on 23 June 2025 21:380
