Scribing is not unlocked with ESO Plus

Hi,

I have ESO Plus and now gold road dlc comes with it. But scribing is still locked and please see the picture below.

This is a known issue and apart of us bringing Scribing to the base game next month. Here is a quote from the announcement post and the bolded portion pertaining to getting assess to Scribing.

Hi Kevin,

I have ESO plus and do own Gold Road. I purchased it before the patch and owned Scribing.

However, I also do not have access to it. The area is empty and there is no NPC for the quest.

Is this a bug or should we seek refunds?
