Login Issues After Game Crash or Exit – Error 103 Followed by Error 201 (PC EU)

Over the past few days, I’ve been frequently experiencing issues logging back into The Elder Scrolls Online after the game either crashes or is exited normally.
After such an event, attempting to log back in results in Error 103 for several minutes, and once that subsides, it is followed by Error 201. This behavior persists for a long time before I can log in again successfully.
This issue is affecting not only my gameplay experience but also my ability to participate in scheduled group content. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch the game and log in.
Exit the game normally or encounter a crash.
Attempt to log back in shortly after.
Error 103 appears for several minutes.
Afterward, Error 201 is shown.

Additional Info:
Same Error happend to a lot of other guild members from several guilds.
This issue has occurred multiple times over the past few days.
The problem persists across different login attempts and system restarts.

    Unfortunately, the issue is still occurring — it just happened again moments ago. I’ve followed the steps outlined in the articles, but the problem persists. The repeated combination of the crash or game exit followed by Error 103 and then Error 201 continues to prevent me from logging in for several minutes.

    It's becoming quite frustrating, especially when trying to participate in scheduled group content.

    I'd really appreciate it if this could be looked into further. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try or if you need any logs or additional information from my side.
