Do you have any videos that clearly show where the problem occurs or is triggered? Preferably anything where we see it happen. The end result of potions being on eternal cooldown isn't ideal here as it will not show where or how the issue is happening, just the end result.

I just saw this, i logged in today and my charecter is no longer glitched. I wanted to thank you for addressing this. I really do appreciate it.
I was using seekers synthesis, clever alchemist, and 2 rings enchanted to reduce potion cool down timer. I was thinking the cooldown enchants on top of the seeker sets proc may have caused the issue, but it is only a guess. Ive been logging in a few times every week to check on this, and i was really happy to get my grand overlord back today. 🤘 the battle continues.

Any potential estimate of a fix?
Should we even expect any sort of fix in the near or far away future?
If the team can't fix the issue, might as well completely rework the set so that it's at least usable. Make it reduce potion cooldowns by a flat 10s, which is definitely weaker than the initial version, but at least more accessible / easy to implement since we already have similar glyphs in-game that work bug free.
