no, I could craft it manually, like the weeks befor the patch, just not with the 'only quest' enabled.
This is the same on all my toons with enchanting on 1 with this quest

Your most recent patch was incremental 1 for this update.

While the summary at the top says a fix for writs was included, I don’t actually see the relevant note in the changelog:

On PC we were told in the first incremental that this fixed was delayed to the second incremental. It’s unclear from the console notes whether ZOS thinks this fix made it into your first incremental or not. (In the time between incrementals, some PC players reported variable behavior with this — sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t.)

Kevin is away at the moment, from what I understand, but perhaps he can have a look at the relevant patch notes when he gets back.

It works for me on some toons, but not others.
I think it has something to do with the level of glyph, or the level of enchanting skill the toon has.
I've noticed every toon I have which is fully leveled and using CP160 glyphs can see them.
Some, but not all, of my unleveled toons using Jora cannot see them.

right after the first patch it was working on some writs* (pc/xbox) and after the first week i almost didn't saw writs with arrow. today on console one of 8 (9?) toons didn't had arrow pointers - same as mentioned jora, oko, ta. lvl 30 - 40, max crafting.

* alchemy on pc (i'm lazy to download separate addon); alchemy and enchanting xbox.

(i have never thought that zeni will mess up the only reason to have eso+)

Yes, only my last character I created can't. It seems to not have anything to do with skill or potency level.
The one that can't is Enchanting leveling 25 and at potency 1/10. The 2nd to the last character is at 17 Enchanting at only at potency 1/10 and she has the ability to do it.

Can confirm this behavior. It’s only an issue with some of my characters, some of the time.

Thanks Kevin, really appreciate it. I can track which characters of mine experience the issue. It's not always the same character every time, but they are junior characters whose enchanting skill level is pretty low. These are new toons I do dailies and they've unlocked the glyph combos. Would a video help or just a snapshot of an spreadsheet breaking down who experiences the issue?
