Could someone please take a look at Ticket 240531-005184?

My friend (boneheadedly) entered an old email address when signing up... and has submitted a ticket, but can't check the ticket (because that requires logging in).

    Thanks. We did just get a response from ESO, asking for more detail (the date the account was set up).

    Gladly, the message was sent to my friend's correct email address, so hopefully we're on our way to playing again soon! :smile:

    Do you know if there's support on Sundays?

    My friend's account recovery ticket is 240531-005184, if there's anything anyone on the forums can do for us today. (This was supposed to be a binge weekend of Elder Scrolls for our group of four. Oof-ness.)
