Game doesn't respond to controller inputs on xbox

Game stopped responding to button presses last night. Today I can't even load the game by pressing A ( Xbox X).
Other games work fine.

Is your Xbox controller wired or wireless?
Do you have a second controller you can try testing with?
For now we recommend going through a reinstall of ESO to see if that will help with loading the game again.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
