combat changes in 2022 and 2023?

Just got ESO back and trying to get familiar with all the controls again. Was there something changed about weaving or why my failure rate seems to have increased a lot? It feels like half of my abilities didn't fire during weaving.

And got constantly drained of stamina and endless break-free prompts in the Nightmare Plateau, which I had no problem fighting alone before.

And glad to see the game still alive and well

It feels like the messed something up with weaving this patch. I've had many friends complaining about that and similar issues, and there a few threads showing in detail some of these problems, but no zenimax comments as of yet.
