Which character race to start with Necrom ?

Since we are in the Telvanni Peninsula it would be "normal" to start with either Dunmer or Saxhleel but which one would be best for an Arcanist ? Either Magicka or Stamina.

Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

✭race choice is normally like 3%..5% of DPS between optimal and non-optimal, so if you are not minmaxing - chose the race you like the best.
(my choice is High Elf for mag, Imperial for stam, or Dark Elf (or Khajiit) for undecided/switchable. Breton is good for healer, Argonian is OK for anything due to passives, Bosmers and Redguards are in big disgrace for game-makers).
edit: forgot Orcs and Nords, both great for PVP.

I was born in Seyda Neen on the isle of Vvardenfell in Morrowind on 11 Frostfall 2e548, under the sign of the Tower. But my family left when I was at the tender age of 4 to live in the city of Ebonheart, in the province of Stonefalls, to work with House Dres.
Since puberty I have known I was different. Invoking the name of any of the Living Gods: Almalexia, Vivec & Sotha Sil as well as the "Good Daedra" Boethiah, Mephala, Azura and we must never forget Lorkhan, the missing God — at a wayshrine would enable me to travel between any shrines I previously visited. And my parents are not religious !
In the basement of the "Ebony Flask", an Inn and brothel located in Ebonheart, I found a small and strange looking sculpture. It represent a miniature wayshrine. Small enough to be stored in a backpack. I was told there is an urban legend about it: using it I could teleport myself to any homestead I own from anywhere on Nirn ! If you believe the legend. Curiouser and curiouser, because I know I can ! Into my backpack it goes.
There is turmoil in Cyrodiil. The new Emperor, Varen Aquilarios, is nowhere to be found. There is a rumor going around that he has set out on a Divine Quest.

Well, in regards to Mag or Stam... keep in mind that Arcanist is designed to be a hybrid, and many people have struggled when trying to create a build the same way they do other classes. I'm loving the fact that I actually get to mix gear weights and run all Stamina with a staff and have it doing awesome damage, survivability and resource management. So picking a race isn't that much of a concern with Arcanist. Personally, I'm going High Elf due to the damage reduction while channeling, since we'll be beaming all the time, and their resource return when using skills. The extra boost to Magicka and Weap/Spell damage is a big bonus too.CP: 2078 ** ESO+ 2025 Content Pass ** ~~ ***** Strictly a solo PvE quester *****
