"Note to Cynric" Eidetic Memory Book

In this Patch 9.0.0 you fixed a lot of bugged book, but you forgot "Note to Cynric" (from the quest Race for Honor in High Isle). People that didn't lift the right carpet during the quest can not read this book anymore. Never forever? Please! In a new knowledge-world like Necrom, where books are such divine... please let us find also this missing book

Bugged 1 year, but there are books remember Western Skyrim (vampire book in this update fixed) and more e.g. Summerset book from delve if i remeber correcly.1 -
