Unable to log into Xbox NA server

Hi, I'm unable to log onto the Xbox NA server. Receiving an internal error message. Posted on reddit and other people are having the same issue with Xbox NA.

Unless you changed to swap timer to hours the issue I am seeing is not related to the 3 minute wait when switching between the megaservers for Console. I am trying to get into the Xbox NA Megaserver and am getting the internal login error that looks similar to the one you get when swapping megaservers and it hasn't been 3 minutes but I can assure you the last time I was on Xbox NA was a couple of hours ago and now I cannot get into Xbox NA.

Since you are still getting this error but only on one megaserver, have you already opened a ticket with customer support?
