Vsync caps at 60 fps on a 75hz monitor

Got a Dell S2421HN Today.
Other games allow vsync at 75hz but Eso wont. Can i get any help on that?

Einar_Hrafnarsson✭✭✭✭✭Just to clarify: i only use VSYNC to go easy on the graphics card and processor. If i turn VSYNC off i get 150 fps in a city like Alinor. So it is not a problem with weak hardware.
EDIT: Found the issue myself. Windows locked the refreshrate at 60, probably a leftover from my old monitor.Edited by Einar_Hrafnarsson on 15 February 2023 16:000 -
