can not stay in major cities longer than 45 secs. mournhold and vivec city are 80 ms - 11k ms on a rotating cycle. then i get dc'd. no problem in Shornhelm. on both EU and NA. windows updated on my system this morning but not sure it would single out ESO cities?

any ideas why i can not stay logged in? of course the characters i want to play are in Vivec city.
