Is it possible to re-color these "Quest Circles"

Hello,

Is it possible to re-color these "Quest Circles" via Ingame Settings or Addon?

What I mean is this

In some cases - for ME - they are hard to see, when they are very small and there are more in different places.

I found an Addon to give quest marker icons a different color I can see better, but is there something for this circle as well?

I recenlty saw that this "patched" minimap addon here was able to recolor the quest markers on light backgrounds (snow e.g.):

So it might be possible in general to change that color via addons, but perhaps that minimap will help you already a bit for the moment.

I prefer Votan’s minimap. So that addon patch wouldn’t help me.

I’d also appreciate being able to change the colors of the quest circles!!!! +1

Hey, I'll post here because I saw some discussion on this on the ESO UI forums and made an addon that can do what you want

I'll be making some final changes before I release it on Minion tomorrow but a link to the thread is here and I did upload a work inprogress copy there (note: it will have a different name and saved variables when I do upload it properly):
