/ and H and C etc not working in game?

Since i came on today half of my keys are not working in chat for example / will not work if the chat box is open only if i press it before so it triggers it with / in already. I can't use C or H either?

We recommend resetting all key bindings back to their default.
From the key bindings menu, we recommend resetting both Keyboard and Gamepad defaults.- Select R to load keyboard defaults
- Select F to load gamepad defaults
