Can't download the game - Laucher never starts the download process
I have a Mac Studio M1 Max computer, and I've just downloaded the ESO installer from my account page. It'll install the launcher fine, but it hangs, neither updating the launcher window nor downloading any of the game files. I'm running macOS 12.3.1 and have all of the latest patches installed.
Can anyone help me with this at all? I've never seen this happen until I got this new computer.

Are you still having issues downloading through the ESO Launcher?
If so, deleting the ESO Launcher as described here may help with the download and install.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
