I can't finish the slime prank. I have picked up the slime prank kit and it shows in my quest items. But for some reason I cant place it. Not sneaking or without sneak. He stands on the right side and doesn't move but I can't place it even tho he doesn't see me... Anyone else got that problem? Yesterday the glitter prank worked fine

Still an issue with this quest a year later. Npc didn’t move had to completely reboot game to get them to move

I had this happen to me. I ended up climbing the 'shed' roof (from behind) and then moving to the front edge and eventually I got the 'Place Slime' prompt.

Bumping because years later, this is still an issue. At least on Xbox NA. Playing on an Xbox series X. Can't finish the quest because Lei-whats-her-name won't move at all. She just stands there doing absolutely nothing. Restarting the game fixed it this time but this is still annoying as hell.
