A few bugs on Series X

Recently I came back to ESO after a long long break, so I am now playing on a Series X instead of a Xbox One and I noticed a few bugs.

1) If the Xbox setting for communication and Privacy is set to "Friends only" I cannot join or invite friends to a group. The setting must be changed to "Everyone" in order for me to join, accept or a invite a friend. Never had this problem on the Xbox One or with any other games. I like to have communications set to "friends only", so that random people cannot send invites or messages and that should not effect the group option for ESO.

2) Video settings like screen size, brightness, HDR brightness and other settings are reverting back to default with every log-out. Every time that I log in I need to change all of the settings again.
Plus, for some reason ESO looks overly dark and washed out when every other game looks amazing on my LG CX. Not sure why ESO is the only game effected, but it seems that something is off with the HDR in the game.

I did see some posts regarding the group issue, so that seems to be a recent issue, but I am curious if all of these are known issues and if a fix is in the works for some or all of them.
