I got it to run. I was able to do EULA stuff the it went to character screen. thats when the mouse and keyboard locked up!
ctrl/alt/del time.
Don;t send those Russian hackers nuttin, hell they might be your programmers. :#

    My next project is a clean installing of win7 on a new/old HD and doing the eso install.
    Hell, I might as well. Can;t do daily writs or undaunted.

    You will need to change the registry entries and add the DLL. It also no longer works in 3MB as the steam and their own page misleadingly claim. I tried it for lolz... 8)

    Not on steam but thanks.
    I'm ready to give up, after reinstall if I launch game from 'play' on launcher I goto the forever loading black screen and have to ctrl/alt/del. If I start game w/ eso64.exe I go to char select screen, but my mouse and keyboard are locked out from interacting w/ screen and have to do the ctrl/alt/del thing.

    If you've not done so yet, please go ahead and start a ticket with customer support as they can assist further with your crashing issue.
