Error 326 Character is currently locked

I have only one character to play with, and it got blocked for no reason, i have never wrote something insulting, i have already inserted a ticket that has a number 220224-000558, i have no idea how long it will take, but I can't wait, i have trade guilds that I need to be active on, there is a event going on, and I need to pick up tickets, can someone please look at it?

    Heya. Better forum this time. ;)

    Did you get an automated response at all? And did you respond to it, if you did get it? That part is very important. Your ticket closes if you don't respond.
    That said, responding again or starting more tickets will reset your spot in queue, so don't do that.
    There have been a lot of people recently who never get their automated response and support seems to be backed up. We can tag @ZOS_BillE to have him take a look, but I recommend you get used to the idea that you may be waiting on this for a while.

    I've never heard of a character being locked rather than an account, seems super odd to me.

    I didn't get a any automatic reply at all, and I coudn't be able to reply at all, and on the ticket support there is written "Waiting for agent"

    Just in case, have you made sure the right email address is associated with the account? You're definitely supposed to have the automatic reply by now (unless the system got slower), so I recommend waiting till the person I pinged has time to look at this.

    Every ticket I wrote came with an automatic answer right away. Not on this ticket. I've already written to Admin.

    Even after update it still shows ups error 326. Admin didn't answer me yet, email didn't come as well, and in support there's still "Waiting for agent." I hope that it won't take a year to finish
